On Saturday we will begin with exploring how we are, following on with our experiences of the past year. Ending the day with where we have arrived in ourselves, we will be with this overnight. On Sunday morning we will follow on with inviting the seeds of our dreams, hopes and aspirations for the year ahead. We will use our movement practice with simple ceremony and ritual, with ourselves and with each other. In such troubled times, with all that we are witness to and with our own personal challenges we face, there is no better place to be than on the dance floor together.
