Wednesdays:    10.15 to 11.45am    Gentle class including some chair yoga, some standing sequences, some floor.

Wednesdays:    6.45 to 8.15 pm       Mixed ability class - with standing and floor sequences.

Cost: £8 drop-in / £45 for a block of classes within 2 months.

Having been on-line during Lockdown, Wednesday’s classes have resumed in person (still possible to attend online)
