‘The Bards of Penstave Copse’ from 11am-1pm in Penstave Copse, South Brent.
“Autumn is here and the songs of the wood, river, trees and birds have changed.
You are warmly invited for a two-hour mindful stroll incorporating the practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) to connect our senses to the natural world (no swimming involved)
Inspired by the voices of the natural world, we shall create prose to share around the fire last hour of the session in the copse.
Please bring a picnic lunch and a short piece of nature literature/poetry to share.” Led by Emma Capper, who is a Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide.
Cost: Free/donations.
