Defibrillator Training at 7pm at Palstone Park Recreation Pavilion.
As you will have noticed, there are now three open access, automatic defibrillators funded through an award from the British Heart Foundation (BHF), distributed around the village
(outside South Brent Pharmacy; outside the Old School Community Centre; outside Moortek - the Old Police Station).
If you missed the training/demonstration sessions when they were launched back in April this year, or later at South Brent School, now is your chance to undertake the brief training with Air Ambulance personnel.
You will see how easy they are to use (click here to see a short video) and learn how you could save a life.
You never know when you might need this skill.
This session has been arranged by the Recreation Association on behalf of its sports teams but is open to all.
