'On Your Marks' talk by Louise Brown about hallmarking and carats, giving members confidence when buying or selling jewellery. Members are invited to bring along a piece of jewellery that they want to know more about (The meeting is in the usual venue).

(Unfortunately, Ann Widdecombe had to cancel her 'Life and Times' talk. This was beyond the control of the WI who apologise for any inconvenience and hope to invite Ann back next year. Refunds for paid tickets are available from Cosy Corner Crafts on production of the original ticket.)

W.I. meetings are held at 7.15 for 7.30pm (note prompt start time) on the 3^rd Tuesday of each month, except August, in the Old School Centre, South Brent. If you are interested in joining us, please come along and try us out.  Members are free; the first meeting for prospective members is free; new members and friends are always welcome and we ask guests for a £4.00 contribution.
