Feet First: Have you ever thought about how important your feet are in relation to how we stand and move?
This evening we will manipulate the feet and then stand and walk.
All welcome - not quite yoga! Bring a towel, a tennis ball and/or a rolling pin and if you can’t reach your own feet, there will be someone who can or bring someone who can.
They can do their feet as well. Moisturiser provided.
